Good stuff Paul. I think my list is on my old computer at home. What you're showing looks like everything I remember though. When I get home I'll post my list if I can find it. Maybe together we can fill in some of these gaps. It would be nice to have the full list of Culver Service Memorandums, for all models.
Service memo 5 also unofficially applies to Serial Number 329.

The Service Memorandum for the "PROPELLER SETTING LIMITS, MODEL LCA." is number 3.
Service Memorandum number 21 is "Removal of Sharp Leading Edges." dated 9-6-1944.
Otherwise my list is the same.

I've just posted nearly all of the Culver Cadet factory service memos on the website. I received them from Stan Piteau, along with a number of factory drawings and a collection of Culver Club newsletters.
You'll find a link to the memos on the culvercadet.com home page. Or you can use this link:
http://www.culvercadet.com/servicememos/servicememos.html (http://www.culvercadet.com/servicememos/servicememos.html)
I'll try to get the drawings and newsletters posted right away.

It's interesting that this file is not identified by a Culver Service Bulletin number. It has a reference to C.A.A. Airworthiness Maintenance Bulletin #56. It's apparantly is the same document as the one labeled Culver Service Bulletin #9, with the exception of one word in paragraph 3. The Culver bulletin says impossible and the C.A.A. bulletin says possible. The one labeled #9 seems to have the typo.
Number 9 is the only one that Culver refers to as a Bulletin. All of the others are called Memorandums.
I've now posted Service Memorandum #51. I had it all along.

Bill,
I am learning that things were done differently under the CAA. Remember that back then there were no IAs. The CAA Inspector had to sign off your 'Pierodic' (read Annual) inspection on an all purpose form (___) that predated the 337.
I will research this more later but ...a quick look at some of my old documents indicates that Airworthiness Directives included multiple issues and were not limited to one maintenance issue. These AD letters had to be carried onboard the airplane until superseded by a later letter.
I have, for example, AD-730-1 (for LCA & LFA) dated Jan. 21- 1946 which includes Mandatory Notes #1 thru #7 and Service Notes #1 thru #7 (just coincidence that both are 7). Mandatory Notes had to be done at each 'periodic' and Service notes were optional. The header says this AD supersedes AD-330 / AMB (Airworthiness Maintenance Bullitin) #39, 68, & 77.
It says - for example:
Manditory Note #1 (Superseded Special Note 2 dated 6-24-42 of AD-330) (Applies only to sn 101 to 459) Inspect and alter front stabilizerattachment in accordance with Culver Service Memorandum # 12.
So you have: Airworthiness Directives / Airworthiness Maintenance Bullitins / Manditory Notes / Service Notes from the CAA and (at least) Service Memorandums from the factory that may or may not have been a part of a past AD...
If you are not too confused, I hope this was helpful.. :(

The website now has Service Memo #8 replaced with a slightly different issue. This one is two pages with the first page having Jamieson's signature and there is an improved version of the drawing now moved to a second page. I found this memo in the books for N29392.
