Since picking up the Culver on Feb 17th I have enjoyed 49.9 hours with it.  The big trip was obviously bringing it home from Idaho (~24hrs), Sun-N-Fun was another 11 or 12hrs, and the rest just local flying.
I'm looking at my calendar and trying to find another decent trip for this year.  Oshkosh is on the list, if I do I'll probably stay for the week. Other than that, does anyone have a local fly-in they would recommend (and why)?
Love to see some other Culver owners out there!

It will be awhile before I can do any cross country but maybe as time goes on we all could meet in a central location  ~~  or maybe have several fly In's in different locations (as regional) and just spend the weekend together and hang out at some small no hassle airport.  Any thoughts along this line?

I can recommend the "Wood, Fabric and Tailwheels Fly-In",  held at Lee Bottom Flying Field.  It's always the last Saturday of Septermber.  A couple of years ago, my Cadet was the 430th aircraft to arrive that day.  You'll find everything from Wacos to DC3's attending the grass strip event.  Here's a link:  http://www.leebottom.com/FLY%20IN%20information.html (http://www.leebottom.com/FLY%20IN%20information.html)

Any Culver's going to Blakesburg, IA for the AAA fly in 09/01-2?
