Maintenance and Repair / Gear selector pivot bolt

I just found that the bolt that runs through the gear selector on the LFA I am rebuilding is badly deformed, cracked and bent.  Just wanted to pass along a picture and a heads up incase anyone wants to have a good winter project.  I have some pictures of the gear box as I was taking it apart if anyone needs them just send me an email at Tac3585N@aol.com

I am about to start doing a rework on an LFA and I am wondering how people went about installing shoulder harnesses in the Culvers.  Any drawings or recommendations would be nice.
