Beech Roby prop

I have a Beech Roby prop that I believe is for a Mooney Mite.  The blade diameter is 66"  It appears to be in good shape.

I would be interested in buying it and trying it on my Culver cadet if it would fit the flange on my Franklin 199-3 engine. The smallest prop diameter for our Culver Cadet is 68"and if I wouldn't be unable to get a FAA approval I might be able to buy another set of blades for the prop that could be approved. If you sell it what would be the price?
