I have a Cadet that I acquired as an unfinished project. It looks as though someone has installed a reinforcement for attaching a shoulder harness. I have no documentation for this mod and have no idea who installed it or if it is strong enough for the task. At least this is the way someone thought it should be done. Here's a photo:
