Franklin Service/Parts Manual

Paul Rule has provided a Franklin model 4AC-199 Operators Handbook and Parts Catalog, which is now posted on the website.  There are also some Franklin service bulletins included.

Thank you for sharing this, I just ordered and received a paper copy in the mail but it is really nice having a pdf to look at as well!

The Franklin Manual is now cleaned up and properly cropped for printing.
